З форми заявки — рівно три речі: ім'я, номер телефону і повідомлення. Якщо ви заповнили поле про ділянку, воно дописується на початок повідомлення. Поля електронної пошти на сайті немає взагалі, тож адреси ми не збираємо. From the enquiry form, exactly three things: your name, phone number and message. If you filled in the field about your plot, it is prepended to the message. There is no email field anywhere on the site, so we do not collect addresses.
Якщо ви склали будинок у конфігураторі й надіслали його разом із заявкою — до нас приходить ще й зображення вашого плану. If you assembled a house in the configurator and sent it with your enquiry, an image of your plan reaches us as well.
Разом із заявкою ми не передаємо вашу IP-адресу, дані браузера й адресу сторінки, з якої ви писали. Це не забудькуватість, а рішення: для розмови про будинок цього не потрібно. Along with the enquiry we do not pass on your IP address, browser details or the page you wrote from. That is a decision, not an oversight: none of it is needed to talk about a house.
Форма має захист від ботів: приховане поле, якого людина не бачить, і час відкриття сторінки. Обидва значення лише перевіряються в момент відправки й нікуди не зберігаються. The form has bot protection: a hidden field invisible to people, and the time the page was opened. Both are checked at the moment of sending and are never stored.

Тобто, надсилаючи заявку, ви погоджуєтесь і на цю передачу за кордон — інакше сайт просто не зміг би доставити вам відповідь. We are in Ukraine; the services this site runs on are not. Netlify, Google and Telegram store and process data on their servers in the European Union and the United States. So by sending an enquiry you also agree to that transfer abroad — without it the site simply could not get your message to us.
За Законом України «Про захист персональних даних» ви можете дізнатися, які дані про вас у нас є, отримати їх копію, виправити помилку, забрати згоду й вимагати видалення. Достатньо зателефонувати або написати в Telegram — зробимо без пояснень і умов. Under Ukraine's Law on Personal Data Protection you may ask what data we hold about you, obtain a copy, correct an error, withdraw consent and demand deletion. A phone call or a Telegram message is enough — we will do it without asking for reasons or conditions.
